Cancellations

What is the registration cancellation policy?

ACPM must receive written notice of cancellation no later than April 3, 2025, at acpm@eventpowersupport.com. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee per registrant. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. Special requests for a refund may be granted after the 30-day cut-off for personal emergencies. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Cancellation requests should include attendee name and registration confirmation number.

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of a refund. In most cases, fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to ACPM. No refunds will be processed on site.

ACPM is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event the conference is cancelled or sold out. If a program is cancelled by ACPM, every effort will be made to notify registrants at least 30 days prior to the first day of the course and registration fees will be refunded.

How do I update my registration?

You can update your registration within your Registration Portal, or by contacting acpm@eventpowersupport.com.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

How many CME are offered?

CME will be announced when the full agenda is released.

When is the last day to claim conference CME?

The last day to claim CME is August 8, 2025.

How do I obtain my CME?

Please note, all attendees who want CME must complete an evaluation for each session.

Posters

What size should my poster be?

Poster displays will be limited to one side of 4 feet wide by 4 feet high.

Is there a template I should use when designing my poster?

ACPM has created poster templates for use when designing your poster. Unless specified by institutional policy, we require use of the ACPM template. These are accessible in the speaker portal.

Can I ship my poster directly to the conference site?

HYATT REGENCY BELLEVUE PACKAGES TO GUEST: We are pleased to accept packages for registered guests or guests holding a reservation up to 5 days prior to arrival. We will not accept or hold packages for recipients without a reservation. All packages being sent directly to the hotel need to be addressed to: Hyatt Regency Bellevue Guest Name 900 Bellevue Way NE Bellevue, WA 98004 Fees: Letters and Fed Ex or UPS Envelopes - Complimentary $7.00 per pack or box less than 25 lbs. $10.00 per box weighing 25-100 lbs. $25.00 per box over 100 lbs. Storage fee: $5.00 per day per package if not claimed within 5 days after departure. Packages not claimed within 10 days after departure will be returned to sender at guest’s expense. We will not hold packages for more than 10 days after departure. Hyatt Regency Bellevue will accept a maximum liability of up to $100 for lost packages that we have acknowledged as received. We will not however accept liability for lost, damaged, or delayed packages from shippers.

What if I forget my poster?

Poster printing facilities are NOT available on-site at the hotel. UPS and FedEx facilities are located nearby for you to contact directly. ACPM is currently exploring the option to have your poster printed and available on-site. More information coming soon.

When do I set up and tear-down my poster?

Once posters are selected and assigned, presenters will receive specific times and directions on setup and tear-down.
